All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1 business day of being placed. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Peaches & Pairs™ order. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works.

What we accept:

Unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase — full refund
Opened products that caused an adverse reaction — exchange or store credit
Damaged or incorrect items received — full refund or replacement at no cost

What we don't accept:

Products returned more than 30 days after purchase
Opened products returned due to change of mind
Items not in their original condition without a valid reason

How to Return

Contact us first

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorisation within 24 hours.

Pack it up

Securely pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the parcel.

Send it back

Use the return label we provide. Drop it at any Australia Post outlet. Keep your tracking receipt.

Get your refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
